I began my training here in Ireland in 2001 with Anatomy and Physiology, Swedish massage and then a Sports injuries course. At the time I was not sure which direction I wanted to take my initial training and went on to do Indian head, Thai massage and on-site massage.

However I began working with UL Bohemians RFC first and second senior team (2001 -2011)  and realised sports performance was where my real interests lay. I travelled to the States on two Occasions to do intensive courses in Orthopedic massage and also here in Ireland.

The more you know, the more you want to learn when it comes to the complexities of the human body! So I searched for another course that would satisfy my desire to look at whole body movements and the entire kinetic chain. This then led me to the incredible work of Anne Frederick in Phoenix Arizona and I spent the next few years completing the full training in Fascial Stretch Therapy to become a Specialist.

This year I am doing CAFS, a certification in applied functional science with The Grays Institute and have further training planned in Anatomy in Motion for June with other possibilities for the later end of 2017.

I am always passionate to help others and bring everything I have to date to the treatments I design for you.

Outside of that I am a keen gardener with a forty foot polytunnel and enjoy growing as much as I can in the way of vegetables and eating mainly raw food. I like to spend as much time as I can enjoying wildlife and the countryside

My own sporting background was in eventing to intermediate level working in a mixed breaking /breeding /schooling livery yard, before marrying my husband and having three beautiful children all grown up.
